About the painter

Tina Tzaka was born in Athens and from her early years, she was fascinated by mathematical thinking, geometric design, painterly expression, and aesthetic impressions. She studied Mathematics at EKPA and completed an MSc in Marketing Management at Strathclyde University, in Glasgow.

For many years she has professionally captured analytical and synthetic thinking and aesthetic perspective in business strategies and corporate and brand identity designs, while she was always searching and studying arts, design, painting and Interior trends.

She engaged in painting, transferring geometric and design visual to the canvas. Her works are the connection of shapes with color and reflections and the analysis and composition of images aiming at spatial balances, intensities, empowerments or contrasts.

The title of the exhibition “Linear Correlations” escapes statistical terminology and is precisely the description of linear relational imprints and connections made in such a way as to lead to the creation of image intensities.

It is divided into 4 sections each of which highlights particular “linear correlations”
